G's ongoing project. Updated 1st post.

Yep, I still have the porn Tash, though at the moment is is more of a full on Chris Costa.

Harv, to be honest Tarox sent me the kit, it is a brand new design lightweight 6 pot calliper and, I got Honda to send them a hub so the can design a new bracket. The disks are the F2000, not the G88 (which is what you seemed to have used and they are not stated as track use) or Sport Japan which are really Fast Road. Matched with 401 pads which are good for light track and road use. So the disk and pads match well. Of course I have the option of going for proper floating race disks if I need to with 501 or 601 pads. If I was doing serious heavy track work I'd go for those options.

Fair enough, will be good to see how good they are compared to the standard. AP, alcon etc.

Yep I had the G88, which are not track discs I agree, but they lasted half a day where as stadnad hondas discs lasted 2/3 full days

:D. I bet the Honda disks cost more as well, but a good point non the less. I will be doing a back to back test between the OEM and Tarox kit. To compare between the other makes I will have to wait till I come across someone with Stoptech say. I will post up the results here and in the magazine of course. I will mention that the disks are the same size as the OEM ones, so less sweep are than Stop Techs say, though they will be quite a bit cheeper, as they wanted this kit to be compact and light so it could be well priced and fit under some 16" rims.

Well. They are here at last. My new Rota Grids. They are the first over here in that size and offset. Currently they are satin black. I was going to paint them red. But I think I will try them in black first. I can always paint them later. Oh and I can now at last get my brakes on. Woop woop!

I also got my new Skunk2 TCT. So my engine tune can now begins in earnist. Not in time for Japfest, though the rims will be on.

Here is a pic of a couple of the rims with tyres just on:

I rather enjoyed it. Two days in a warehouse with 12 girls. A dirty job but someone has to do it, besides I might have guessed you'd be too busy checking out some boxes than my hot bod :)

Look forward to seeing those wheels fitted, as I'm seriously considering 'concaved' wider rears on my EP3, with regulation, flat-faces, on the front.

I think these would look awesome in Red, like the GT3's were. :)

I have a show so need to get them on asap, but I will be painting them red in the near future.

Just looking at how much I may need to roll the rear arches by
