It just annoys me how much the Mugen costs.

The thing is, the R26.R maybe be quick round the track but there isn't a massive amount between that and the Focus. Plus like you said, the actual power from the Focus is immense.

Not at all tbh. The only time I managed to get the nose to slip away was on a roundabout, and I was hoofing it.

That's what would win it, it's the closest thing to compare it to or the R26-R but that's french and will breakdown. Price wise then as said previously there's other stuff out there.
But for track/driver experience I wouldn't know what I would rather

They're there to save more weight, Renault make more of a Type-R than Honda do these days.

It would be a tough call between a E90 M3 and a GTR, both stunning cars
