NHB EP3 Detail - Derby Forget Forza pro

So I had this car over today or just a light machine polish. Unfortunately a full correction would take a couple of days minimum as there are some poor areas, and dodgy dodgy resprays. However, I am very happy with the turnaround, as it Bert!

Before one hit of lime prime

After, bearing in mind the respray is on top of swirls

I wouldn't mind the car for a full correctiion as it has the potential to look better, but a 10000% improvement!!

Thanks for looking :)

Rear O/S wing and front n/s wing were the worse. It's not THAT bad now, but there are just so many shortcuts by the bodyshop.

I am picky mind. :p

Joe, top marks mate!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone... what a fantastic job :) so pleased with it! its like a completely new car heh the pics look great too, well worth the time and money :) the pictures really dont do justice to how good it looks 10 times better. Thanks alot mate. well chuffed with it.

p.s - I painted the calipers, was something i wanted to do and was the perfect opportunity while joe was working. I think they finish off the look perfectly

This is what I love about black cars, when they're properly cleaned they look amazing!! Albeit for about 5 hours lol!

the black does look great when polished and cleaned, done a good job on this, I have a question about the red calipers that you done, were they done on the car or did you strip them off and what paint did you use they really give a great look.
well done again.

They were done on the car mate - red caliper paint from halfords and a nice thin brush. :)

yer no stripping of parts required, just make sure you mask off the discs and anything else you dont require to be red :) then a nice thin brush and steady hand is all thats required. to get a good finish make sure you do 2 coats with a half an hour between painting them

Check out the 'How To' section mate, there's lots of helpful bits in there :) .

I used 'oven cleaner' on my brakes. - Worked a treat.

As for my CTR, its really dirty at the moment. Hoping the weather dries up a bit then i can give it a good wash.

Ive got the AutoGlym shampoo and the super resin polish.

Ive also got some wax which was suggested on here sometime ago (I forget the name now).

I was thinking of getting that poorboys black hole off ebay, but I also need a good sealent to keep it in i think. I did have a pink sealent sometime ago with a red lid. But forgot the name of that too, it was good stuff. I think it was called z4 or something.
