Managed to get enough dry time to get it properly cleaned & waxed today.
I wish I'd of had the time to get the door pulls done, but had to go meet someone. If its dry tomorrow I might tackle them.

I must admit Lee, that does polish up nice. The only thing I don't like about Minis is the fact your face seems to sit on the windscreen when you're in the front seats.

Finally got round to fitting my door Rennline RS Tyle Door Pulls.
Have to say I was shiz zing myself as you have to take the door apart. The instructions made it look easy, but I am a spanner spastic at best. But tbh it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be.
The first side took me 30 odd mins as I took my time & treble checked everything, but the pass side took me 5 mins I reckon.

Heres the OEM door pulls...

And the Rennline RS pulls...

Massively pleased with them, although there is an issue with ** of the black cover plates. The inky way to describe it is that it's been machined ever so slightly too big. I'm talking 0.5-1mm so sits slightly pished in the handle, but I've emailed the company for a replacement so once that's swapped over it'll be perfect like the drivers side.

Here's what I mean...

Since booking Spa with some of the guys I've decided a set of braided brake hoses & oil cooler would be a good move before we go. Ive found the hoses I'm after & just have to order those. I think Ive found the oil cooler set-up I'm after, but need to speak to 1320 to see what they're thoughts are & to find out about having the bespoke lines made up & it all fitted it.

I like that. Tbh I thought door pulls were what you used to close the door, as in the handle you pull the door shut with. Nice little touch.

Import tax on the tow hook should be least of your worries. I looked at them, but too much money for me.
If our of said I could of asked my supplier to get one shipped with his goods.
