Think its about time i show off my whip :)

Looks like it has had a wheel refurb too.
If the magnex sounds like my piper (as it looks the same) I would keep it dude. I don't think it looks too bad either as it fills out the splitter recess nicely.
 
yeah it has :) im looking to go a nice dark grey with them though.
the induction kit over powers the exhaust by a long shot so you cant really hear it but it does give a nice little burble. i think i just prefer twin pipes a little better :)
 
Little update.. finally got my ar*e in gear and fitted

- cusco oil catch tank
- leeH earthing kit

also i took the airbox off and give it a polish/wax/seal and tightened everything up :)

cusco was a bit or a pig to fit. had to get a bracket made up plus there's not a lot of room to play with. and i had to get a few pipe adapters as the sizes were all wrong.
leeH earthing kit was easy, as was the last time.. apart from all my bolts went walkies :(

the un-useful way :lol: i didn't have enough piping. im ordering some decent silicone and re-doing the proper way.

this Tegiwa piping the kit come with is sh*te. its floppy as you like and kinks so easy!

So was it not Pointless fitting it to re-do the piping to the pcv/Im at a later date?
 
After looking at the picture yesterday of my engine bay and it being a lovely day today I thought id give it a good old clean.

I took off the covers and cling filmed everything I thought needed doing.

Gave it a showering in muc-off rubbed in with a paint brush, scrubbed up woth an old cloth and rinsed off.
Here's the result. Need my rocker cover painted though a nice White one :)

Engine looks spotless mate. Is your rocker cover paint flaking off? I cleaned mine in a 'safety clean' and in a hot washtank when it was off when doing the valve clearances and most of the paint come off :(. Oops.
 
And another cool little addition...
I copied a mugen rad sticker in PS and had a friend print it on some vinyl.

Good work on the engine bay, I did mine last week and I've only just managed to get rid of all the crap under my finger nails. :rolleyes:

Nice try on your rad cap cover too, though I'm giving it 2/10 for authenticity. :lol:
