I was going to ask if you could help me with swapping my inner drive shafts cups's around as this is another thing I need to do. Apparantaly.

You don't need to do that if you add the spacers, it's a possible fix of you don't use spacers however I tried and my cups were to worn so spacers cured it

Urrgh.

So I've sheared the bolt on one of my rad stays.

I drilled it through thinking thats what you had to do and i've made a nice hole all the way through the old bolt.

Now what ????

It's not a super problem ATM as I'm not using the car as a daily but I would like to get this sorted ASAP.

Yeah, thats an option however, I'd have to drill it out again as the current hole isnt large enough :? .

Yeah, thats right John, the head snapped off just below the bolt, so I tried to drill it out and ended up just going straight through it.

FAIL.

I thought about hammering a screwdriver in there, thus giving me some chnace of twisting it out.

It's something I'd do, drilling right through it.

drill though, tap a thread in, but a bolt in then screw the other way to remove other bolt.
