From what I see all the Mugen stuff says not too loud, but for Mugen money you're wanting some noise!
 
If it's anything like the m&m intake I had then it's a very subtle noise difference to oem (like the js racing ) I am not really in to the lairy vtec open cone noise ala gruppe m these days. The toda decat / catback makes enough noise as it is.
 
Loving the mods Dotty. Can't beat the real deal.

Intake looks identical to mine (albeit FN2) so expect lovely rasp in VTEC, but not too much louder than stock. Love mine.

As sadly when the purple was imported with a cone filter it didn't have most of the important oem air box fixings to fit other intakes.
