Repugnant Rice Krispy is home.

Sounds a right ball ache Lee. Let the experts do it, saves you the headache

Well just got back from my maiden trip to 1320.
What a great bunch of chaps. It's been a long couple of days & not plain sailing for them, but they were honest, fair & very very good at what they do.

The challenge brake ducts are in, the lines are on, pads are in, brake fluid uprate & changed, lower OMP is on, new gauges are in & working like a treat (and looking super homo thanks to Jack there), new supercharger pulley belt, magnetic sump plug fitted & engine health & power all checked.

Unfortunately they mounted the oil cooler, but due to the car having A/C fitting the stat was a massive no no in the time we had. Scott thinks he's going to be able to come up with a solution, but with the time we had to work with it was doable.

The gauges look superb & at the moment are ullimated yellow for oil pressure & pink for oil temp when up to operating values. The oil pressure will go red if it drops below 10psi, but can't remember what we set the temp too until up to 60 degrees. I tried to get a pic, but it hasn't come out very well.

Thomas planted some seeds & Scott confirmed a couple of things, so given time I'm sure I'll be back to see them again.

Please excuse the footwell, I was travelling & the footwell had the obligatory travel food & drink in it.

Give me a chance to clean the car & I'll get seem better pics also.

I can not fault the chaps.

So managed to dig some pics out from my Spa trip.
The trip was fantastic! After some worries about the weather due to the Sunday being very hit & miss, the Monday was glorious sunshine & dry all day. The track was a bit lively in the morning due to the amount of salt put down the day before to clear the snow, but once it cleared it was awesome.
The GP didn't put a foot wrong the whole trip & surprised me & a lot of others on track. Down the straights it was getting a bit overwhelmed, but everywhere else it was great.
The additions made to the car helped massively. Brakes didn't fade at all the day, they did grumble a bit towards the end of the day on the two big braking areas, but no biggy. The tyres were great, lots & lots of feedback & massive grip. The car itself was real easy to use, felt very much like my old 182 with the balance but miles better at pulling you out of corners thanks to the diff.

Anyways, here's a few pics & a vid...

You see me catch a huge slide at about 85mph & then 2 laps latter avoid a spinning Ferrari race car :scared:

I've got loads more coming just waiting on the CDs.

Looks like fun Lee. Shame the camera is quite far back as you don't get to see the Ferrari although we obviously see you make a slight detour. Also what was the beeping for at around 7 mins on the straight?

Looks like the car was perfect Lee, great little vid. I like the exasperated hands in the air as the 1 Series pulls out infront of you from the pits
