Jerm's fate to be left to the masses via a public vote.

Moderators and people who have taken umbrage with his behaviour recently to put forward their views in a combined 3 paragraph statement, posted up for all to see, then Jerm given a chance to reply to the points made with his own statement.

Then a poll where all members online during a 3 day period are required to vote yay or nay.

It's the only way to be sure.

I've actually had a poll like this a while ago, I received mostly positive votes but remained banned :D
 
How about we all just drive to some unmanned trading estate and fight it out Battle Royale style, the last person standing will be allowed to ban whomever they like?
