OEM discs from Honda, not drilled or grooved. Best on track in my experience. Mated with PBS pads.

Use the correct spec, fully synthetic 5w40 for a K20. Do not put any additives in your oil.

This, & consider a K100.

Market stabilised last couple of days, probably due to Xmas & new year, could continue to Plummet again early Jan. Ex refinery prices around 102.5 for Unleaded (with VAT).

Still falling daily, difficult to predict. My gut feeling is at least 6 months.

Terminal prices are <108 at the moment (inc VAT for comparison). So quite a bit of margin out there still.

I'll send you a pic of mine. The scuttle is un modified, a hole is cut instead. A very tidy solution.

I've got an OEM scuttle that's been modified.

The longer filters have a detrimental impact on throttle response.

I had 18x10.5 on the GTR, cost me £450 a corner new back in 2007. I guess nowadays that they are probably double. I don't think TE's suit Hondas I'd be looking at CE28's.

Ep3 has only one engine size. That's the type R. Get it off car put in vice hit with hammer. Thoroughly grease up.

Oil choice is a personal thing, the fact remains that a 5w40 fully synthetic regardless of brand and magic fairy dust is perfectly fine for this n/a road car. Next time you go to watch racing at your local circuit have a walk around and see what teams use what oil. Usually whoever sponsors...

Pish that mate. A semi synthetic 5w40, changed every 5000 miles would be just as good.

Bazz's ATR, 208,000 miles on the original engine.

I knew they'd be done after Cadwell. Next is fresh fluid, Bremtechs & DS2500's. I'm considering a twin pot upgrade, ATR twin pot nissin calliper's a maybe. I'm just not convinced they'd be that much better, likely run cooler though.

Fantastic on Track, absolutely brilliant day. Very quick in the afternoon. Ref the Catback, I'm keeping the OEM backbox. Exhaust tested at 88db, all you could hear was the induction roar from the GruppeM.

The ADVAN AD08's were phenomenal at Cadwell @ the weekend!
