BTCC Car looks amazing.

I was reading somewhere yesterday that Honda are not concerned about its chances of "fastest FF" lap time at the ring.

I believe Gabrielle Tarquini has been involved in the development of this car also...
 
It looks amazing it realy does. My question is price, the FN2 was £18k New and if im right that was not the GT model. This has to be close to £30k with it pushing 280 B.H.P and having a turbo.
 
Look at the new VXR, Megane, Golf GTI prices though, they're all £25k+ cars. Except the ST which can be had for £21K but that's the base model.
 
Small update on new Type R

I think i may have seen the new Blue colour that will be used on the new car.

Im no way a 100% certain, but what seemed to be a paint trial was sent through our line on Wednesday.

If it is to be the new colour, you will not be disappointed.

I drove one on track once, but to be fair it was set up for it. It was quick. I had very limited experience in cars at the time though, and it being FF followed by a distinctly MR 360... Not easy to say anything meaningful about the Cupra!

Still, rather have the FN2 than the Cupra.
 
Are they going to produce a 3 door variant?

I too hate 5 door hatches. I'd even say no to a 5 door Oak Green MK2 Golf 16v :)
 
Unimportant update about the 'new colour' comment the other day.

The new Blue i saw was NOT for the Type R, just a new colour for the Civic and Tourer !!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry 'bout that.
