I spoke to my dealer today they checked the VIN for any recalls as I explained about hearing about the new jazz and hrv having recalls on the airbag this is not the case for the type R they said if it comes back on to book it in for a whole day with a hire car so can't complain

I don't know of any issues it changes in the 2016 model as far as I'm aware they are all the same !

More carbon and 4-2-1 Just after a carbon ivtec cover now and Tegiwa intake

New engine fitted and been in now for 4000miles , after it had a argument with a big puddle ! :( It's back and it's stronger !! Engine has 50k on it , got the rocker cover powder coated , fitted 4-2-1 decat and I few minor bits Darcy

That's one thing you need to do with the type r CHECK THE OIL WEEKLY they love to burn oil more then a normal car . Keep a eye on it for peace of mind Darcy

You sure it's not a heat shield ? As when you start it in the morning the "choke" will be on there for more revs making it vibrate Darcy
