Aston Martin Big Brake Kit £950 - Register interest now!

The two kits we have designed have very little difference between the s2000 and ep3. We are still ongoing with the s2000 testing but have huge confidence in the ep3 as so far the s2000 kit has proven to be very good on the road. The two kits share the same callipers, disk and pads! the only...

Aston Martin Big Brake Kit £950 - Register interest now!

Thanks for all the responses everyone. I didn't think we would get much interest at the £1400 but if we can get 10 people together we will be looking at £1150 which for All new parts is a steal. Yes Spoon are 1k but that doesn't include disks or pads and is still a 300mm kit! I can list a price...

OK, so due to sourcing availability and price, I will look at setting up the kit using the Brembo 4 pots from an Aston Martin. To keep with the original scope of using "off the shelf" service parts, the discs are 1 piece 330mm discs and again "off the shelf" pads are easily available. Bracket...

Hard to say, as its around £700 to have the K100 fit and mapped id say you looking at a max of £350 but then you have to ask the question, why bother. id say around £200-£250 for a swap?

    Oil questions and recommendations here

Thanks Tim, Am I best off saving my money and going for the supersyn then? A friend has also just recommended the motul 8100 x-cess which he uses on his s2000. How does this compare to the two fuchs oils? I have a f20 in a project car I will also be ordering oil for. Thanks

that looks like a 4x4 to me, not the look i'm going for. yes you are correct the wide track was technically a hawks running gear but mine was a blob :) The reason I though they may fit is the rota grids on the smoke hoes ep3 are 17x9.5 et42 with 10mm spacers (0.5" wider wheel and the same...

Ep3 type r track day tyre size

Just checked and even the AD08 will set you back over £500 for a set. much below this and i wouldn't even say its designed for out right "performance". Ep3 type r track day tyre size

I wouldn't go with a 225/45/17, itll be too big for the rim. yes it will on go but it wont perform like its designed to on a rim that size. I would go with a 215/40/17. I've recently changed from 215/40/17 to 215/45/17 and instantly regret it. the side wall flex is very noticeable. As for tyre...

Can anyone convert mm to degrees for me? alignment issues

Hi All I had my tracking done last week and I read on here that most people run 1 degree negative camber all round with 1mm toe out on the front and 1mm toe in on the rear. I decided that as I do a lot of miles I would go for neutral toe all round but it now feels very nervous. The garage I...

    is 3" too big?

haha i would love to try that but it would be way to loud. i drive around 120 miles each day and its loud enough as it is hahaha. i just thought the spoon system was meant to be more raspy is all. maybe if i get the manifold and mapped it may rasp up a bit
  68. har-vey

    is 3" too big?

Hi all When i picked my car up the previous owner had replaced the b pipe with a custom 3" silenced part. I've now put a spoon n1 back box on the car and get no rasp at all, more of a deep noise. Now i want to know if the 3" b pipe is too large when mated to a spoon n1 and a standard manifold...
