Update for mine, Registered October 2001, just a tad over 55,500. Not bad for 9 1/2 years old. Hope i have it for aslong as some of you guys have been talking about, but doubt it with the age..... we will see....

Been a while since i have been on here. Ive got a standard 51 plate EP3 and whenever i turn left there is a fast tapping/ knocking/ creeking sound coming from what seems to be the back left of the car. Its more noticable when going round a long sweeping bend but you can hear it when turning...

just painted in situ i didnt have as much time as id like to strip them down, can only really see defects when you look very closely so im not complaining only thing i would like is for the paint to be a bit darker red to match the colour of the car, so when i get some time i might strip them...

the left light on my dash on the rev gauge doesnt light up on mine, havent got round to trying a new bulb also 2 of the 3 buttons where the AC button dont light up so again need to try changing the bulbs

the rear quater panel is pretty much identical to an austin martin which is kind of a nice touch, loving the interior too, im slowly looking at more and more pics which is why my opinions are staggered lol

ok so i bought this car a while ago (5 months or so) came with a clifford allarm, Baught it from a small car dealer who didnt know anything about the system. I dont know what model it is, all i know is that its a clifford and the key fob looks like this..... i dont know how to knock...

that was one thing i was going to do right from the start, take the blunt blow on your insurence in your first year on your own policy and providing your not stupid and crash in your first year it does nothing but get better

wow, looks like i was extremly fortunate with my quote then. although you can add an extra 30 quid ontop of my insurence because i had to wait an hour on my phone to put the car on my insurence, had to travel 2 hours to get the car so couldnt risk driving home with no insurence lol

yup i agree, will deffo be 2pac that i spray mine with as thats what we spray our dryers and mixers with at work but if you want you could always laquer it, will make it hard wearing

yea my handle inserts will be getting done too, they are scrathced to s**t the interior of my car is almost like the previous owner was a lion (either that or wolverein from xmen?) these are the only two parts i can do something about though, the other scratches are on the black plastic...

yep i was thinking that way, was just considering options ill probably go for black, like a gloss finish, get everything looking shiney will see what i come up with, can always respray, the paint and painting facilities will be free anyway as we have a paint department at work

Ok so my centre console and door handles (all the silver bits) are a bit worse for ware, the black plastic is starting to show through the silver coat so i was looking at repainting was thinking of painting it milano red (or near match) to match the car but not sure if it would be too in...

just a cheap JVC KD-G351 it is mp3 compatable, usb and aux input in the front so its basicly all i need, just plug a flash drive in the front and i can get rid of all my cds that are just gettin scratched in the second din compartment lol just need it to run my amp really

well at first sigh i thought great thats exactly what i need because im too cheap to buy a new HU but..... i gav it a bit of thought and it says connect direct to your rear speaker wires? surely the point of a sub is so that your speakers dont need to cope with the base and to stop distortion...

was yours factory standard or was it added later? if it is to do with the aircon then the only thing i can think of is that they were added to all cars with aircon :confused:

yea mine is all city driving really, no long stretches of road so id say its not a bad average

yep thats it absalutly loved that car though too much power for the engine though, hence why a lot of them blow up lol

i agree strongly very nice wheels gives you quite a few options for colouring the callipers too

was all good though, i didnt need to repair it because the head gasket blew and then the heatproofing managed to set on fire while i was driving haha

this should be true, back when i had my rover coupe (similarish shape) a lass ran right infront of me and she almost went over my roof, if i didnt break she would have but she rolled right down when car came to a hault. she put one great scratch up the bonet and bent both wipers, i reccomend...
