I couldnt find a friendly MOT centre where i live. I had to travel to newcastle to get it done (45 miles away). Will probaby go for the piper and then when i get my other mods ill get it mapped to those and buy their decat pipe and can swap and change come MOT time.

Im not sure if you saw the edit. If i got one with a cat do i still need to do ecu and mapping? If it does, may as well go decat DC Header - £390 K100 - £410 Mapping - £400 That about right?

Wouldnt really say there was that much info is in the thread, its more filled with debates over tegiwa and gruppeM. Anyway, i was only trying to help/think of a different solution.

Do you not get sick of seeing it though as admin? Surely spending 5 mins updating a pdf would help. As when a thread is made, you can just post the link and close it. Simple solution really.

Cheers, I made a thread in the exhaust section (basically a deep tone and thought spoon was raspy?) Im not sure if its someone on here, i just see it when im out on a drive out on the b roads.

Cheers mate, the induction is really nice. Puts such a smile on your face when it crosses over. Has a bit of rasp now due to the new b-pipe so sounds better and still looks OEM. Ill be replacing the muffler at some point in the near future though. Wheels will be booked in for powdercoating...

This is what im after, something which plodding around is quiet and then when you open it up its loud. I had a full piper on my last car which was stripped and sound deadening removed etc etc, was fine with the noise for me. I suppose i did burst my eardrum a few years ago, maybe this helps...

Ive seen a few video's of the supersprint with OEM and seems a little louder when plodding along but louder when booting it, which is what im after. Ive just ordered it anyway so ill let you know sunday what i think of it and try get a video also

I was having a bit of a read last ngiht and some people really do dispise (sp) the Tegiwa due to being a copy, no r&d etc. In terms of performance, looks and sound though its very similar and doesnt have the £600+ pricetag?
