I've got Bosch ones as well, had them on since October last year and still going strong, I had the cheapo aero wipers before that and they started to go after a few months of use :(

No mate haven't posted there, I've posted on bikeradar that's about it so far.

Should hopefully be getting decent enough money back for them via the house insurance, I did look at insuring them via someone like Evans cycles but the cost was comparable to my car insurance :(

PLG just means you'll be paying a lower amount of tax around £180 a year, the DC5 varies, a lot of cars aren't PLG and fall into the £300 and £400 a year tax brackets.

Seem to remember their about £50 from GruppeM direct, well they were, failing that you could always get one made up by a specialist?

Are you sure somethings not fouling a heatsheild? Its worth checking the clearance between the ARB and Manifold.

The JDM ARB doesn't really do anything for clearance with a DCRH, do you have any clearance at all? A rear ES insert should be enough to stop the majority of the movement and prevent any flexi issues.

You could buy one from EvoStu's dad on the CTRO. ;) their about £25, I think I've got one in the loft but its got a bit of damage.

I've lost count of the amount of Spoon N1s you've had mate. :lol: The bolts should have have springs on between the exhaust and the end of the nut. (sorry about the crap description), the standard bolts should be fine for a Spoon N1 to stock B-Pipe, I've not heard of anyone changing theirs...

You mean the gasket mate? Honda will sell you one, although their not cheap, you shouldn't need any paste.

I recommend TGM if your anywhere near, there was some chap on the CTRO who posted his efforts on fitting a LSD, looked pretty cool. If you haven't got the facilities or mechanical know how I'd tend to favour getting it done by a pro.

Are you sure its not a heatshield of some variety? The VTEC cover only tends to rattle at around 4.5k RPM. The manifold heatshield can rattle as can the driveshaft heatshield.

Think it was £75 mate, will have a look got a receipt somewhere.

Could always get it looked at by the place behind TGM mate, they regassed my DC5's aircon a few months back.

Thats pants mate, Honda paint is far too soft, my Tegs holding up quite nicely compared to my Civic at a similar age.

Mumra on CTRO had one I believe not sure if hes still got it, up your neck of the woods as well.

I don't see the point in uprating the clutch if you're not going down the strip everyweek, the standard Honda clutches should live up to track abuse, although if you've got the cash then why not. :)

The R-Tec CTR has surfaced again, must have had around 12 owners by now, I saw an FN2 down there a few weeks back, wonder what they have instore for that. :lol:

Its all a bit of a gimmick really, nice for the first 3 weeks then after that a bit pointless as you'll forget you have a button and just use the key. ;)

Glad you got it sorted mate, this is an pic of my old GruppeM, I had some foam tape on the right hand side to stop it scuffing.

Have a good look round mate, make sure its not rattling on the bonnet, you can usually tell as it will dull the laquer slightly if its been catching, also make sure the heatshield isn't catching anything. My DC5 one was a pain in comparison to the one I had on the CTR, I had to apply single...

I would have thought you should be able to get away with a 45 offset, although if you lowering the car in the future it may hinder your choice in tyre widths.

Cars looking fantastic mate, caliper colour was definately the right choice, theres too many cars floating around with red calipers.

Rear discs are cheap as chips, discs and pads should set you back around £100, then get a small garage to fit them or do them yourself. :D

His efforts are wasted on the bucket and sponge brigade. :lol: I wouldn't go to those lengths cleaning a car but theres nothing wrong with wanting to protect your paintwork from the elements and looking after your car.

Not sure mate, there wasn't really ever any fitting issues the only problem was with the scuttle panel being a crap fit and having no fixings on the underneath. The rubber at the top of the GruppeM goes tatty as well, this is a common problem with high mileage second hand boxes. Just order a...

Well my GruppeM turned up this morning, no duty to pay as well. Not a bad turn around at all, was sent Friday, delivered Monday thats quicker then most UK online retailers.

Mine are fine, the red seats need a bit more upkeep as they show the dirt but no more then a 10 minute cleaning job. Haven't heard of them fading before.

Wouldn't personally run the Toda without the flexi, if hes willing to sell it cheap buy it and get a flexi put back in, gains will be better then the DCRH.
