Being convertable will only add weight, to the already over weight car :cry: Honda will have to alter the gearing to make the car appear faster, you will need 4th gear to reach 60 mph :lol:

I bet its very hard to mod also. lots of sensors on the zorst making it hard to fit after market parts. plus the triangular cut out for the zorst, will limit what you can fit. under the bonnet looks tight so where can the SC fit. Also the ecu might be very difficult to crack the code. So...

Well so far it doesn't rock my boat. But give it some decent power and handling capabilities and I might be tempted. Still think the DC5 looks better.

Until its proven that it out performs and handles better than the out going model I wont be considering one, and then I think I would be waiting a while to see if a type RR does appear.

Glad I bought the DC5 when I did, :D I think I would be waiting for the Type RR version before I even considered getting rid of the DC5. which in my opinion takes some beating. a few mods and 200whp, good looks, and excellent handling. 8)

NB last year on the Euro Tour it was hot, hot, hot, and I was was dieing without aircon even with the windows open albeit it was the only time I regretted not getting the aircon option on my CTR. How much does it weigh ?

considering it will be a while off before you get your DC5 keep a check on flea bay for bargins and ask someone who is going to the USA and get them and to hand carry back. they aren't heavy or that bulky.

Cat I have a Top Gear cat back its a Stainless steel powerflow mid section and a Titanium back box. blue colour. You can have it for £280 Its off my 2004 CTR. Its £30 to fit at my local garage. Its was on the car for 8 months before I took it off to sell the car.

That £1000 is fitted though. and I have seen special offers for about £850. I would have snapped your hand off if I still had my CTR. For the parts I think about £300 is about right. Try ringing a breakers yard and see how much they want, that will give you an idea.
