agree with ed anybody who buys an fn2 first mod springs and fast road set up had mine on about 2 years now no problems at all

there isn't anywhere I live in stowmarket and normal service just use Honda Ipswich but any mods drive to tdi in Thurrock

this might seem dopey but my mirrors fold automatically when I turn engine off unlock doors to unfold chap at work has 60 plate type r and reckons he has to press button on door to fold mirrors surely he is wrong and they fold automatically

hi ben nice ep3 best colour imo I done stoptech front and rear discs ferodo pads hel lines and decent fluid come to about 600 quid all in makes a big difference mines a fn2 but think prices are roughly the same

I love my fn2 but then I love a car you have to drive like Anglia 105 says you feel every bump in the road and the noise and 8500 revs with a decent exhaust on is like music but I think you still love your polo so just keep it until you really feel its time to move on mpg wise I average around...

mine was the same and I think its pretty common when cold it jumps all over the place on idle and if you drive straight away its a bit jumpy I used to let it tick over for about a minute before pulling off and was loads better this problem stopped completely after remap though

I have been thinking about these for a while but worry about safety stupid question but can you use original wheel nuts or have to buy longer ones

yea they are good cars as standard but imo the exhaust is way too quiet and frsu really makes a difference to the handling

yep its all money so get ready to spend loads enjoy your car

good choice like I said if that's your budget go with the gt every time nobody really wants the none gt one enjoy your fn2

tough one personally I would go for the gt model because the extras are useful climate control wipers lights etc and its got sat nav and gp pack on with the service history wouldn't worry too much about reliability in all honesty I would find another 500 quid or so and get a gt model with lower...

glad you didn't go kwik fit got a mate works there tells me about all the scams they are told to do by managers I only pay 150 for a small service at Honda so not much diff to what kwik fit are charging anyway

had my milltek on over 12 months no probs unless you got silly money a good choice

may as well get teg type r next get one for all occasions

nice one like you say not the loudest exhaust but much louder I think would get on your nerves after a bit ive noticed with mine it sounds much louder when it gets hot after a bit of spirited driving

yea flashpro I got checked box so sorry if price is completely different but still give tdi south a ring they will sort you out and normally some very nice motors there to have a look at wide body nsx there last time I went

I paid 430 I think for kpro something around that mark anyway and 125 quid to get it mapped at tdi south so was 500 and odd all in made 200 at the wheels and pulls like a train now other mods just tegiwa intake through foglights and miltek catback

yea mate I had to keep trimming mine back a bit at a time on one side to stop it rattling espically after a good blast don't be scared I reckon I took about 5mm off in the end

nice clean car first mod personally would be fast road set up transforms handling and looks a bit nicer being bit lower . idea for wheels get them sprayed black looks good on a milano and if you dont mind oem wheels might be a cheap fix for a while

i went to tdi south all parts supplied fittted and set up just over 500 quid cant recommend them enough really know there stuff

get a decent filter and clean out box for little money bit of work but cheap if you dont wanna spend much wont see hardly any difference to performance if you wanna do a proper job i will second loxy i have fitted the tegiwa intake with foglight scoops made really impressive gains on the dyno

mine used to kick in at 5200 which i think is normal on standard cars and yes you should notice change in engine note and pull harder light should come on dash as well when vtec is engaged ride is pretty rubbish on standard springs not that its really comfortable on better springs and fast road...

hope you get it sorted i am only in stowmarket so if you want pop down and have a little spin in mine and visa versa so you can compare no problem pm if you want

glad you enjoying your fn2 i have drove 3 off these including my own all have quite firm clutch pedal apart from they all creak or click espically when cold so get that checked if you are having 3rd checked dont hurt to ask

bit of a weird one had remap and tegiwa intake done start of march no probs at all awesome until last 3 days if i hit vtec and give it some after there is a sort of burning smell only for a few seconds it pulls like a train still and if i drive like miss daisy nothing oil water everything else...

only thing i would say is colour is nighthawk black on a 2007 and price seems a bit strong for 07 with 71000 miles but if you get a good deal go for it

i went tegiwa through the foglights and the guys at tdi were impressed with the figures it made on the dyno but as loxy says it is quiet not much different to standard so if you wont bhp its a good set up if you want noise look elsewhere

or get a carbon fibre bonnet why not go the whole hog

yea must agree get flashpro last get exhaust and intake first then ecu remap i reckon if you spending 3 grand on air and about another 2 on ecu intake exhaust etc you got some serious saving to do

I'm confused i got tegiwa on my fn2 with remap so don't get why devil 84 needs another scoop when it fits directly onto foglight scoop or am i being thick

no mine was only on with a bit of tape i guessed so you could line it up correctly better quality fake i reckon

i got one few days ago looks good like yours packing etc and is aluminium but when i found made in china on back of packaging kind of gave it away i screwed mine on then glued logo on straight for my own personal ocd

you will need more than exhaust intake and remap to get 250 if you after numbers isnt best car to get i got 200 at the wheel with a tegiwa m intake miltek catback and hondata ecu and remap dunno how much the extra bits will give you reckon you a decent manifold on top of what you put for k100...

suprised that tdi north dont recommend tdi south if vtecker is in london had mine done there and frsu and find there work and knowledge top notch

also got the abp milltek on had it for around 9 months did ratttle at first until i trimmed inside but no probs after one of the better sounding exhausts imo

will do it weekend stupidly busy with work so dark whole time at home at present and ed i nearly went for the bronze dont see that as lairy pretty smart infact

i am looking at getting intake for my fn2 already got scoops in for foglights would the tegiwa fit directly onto these anybody fitted this onto fn2 reading through forum seems tricky to fit like the look of this set up but dont want hassle if its a pain in the ar*e to fit

i was using normal unleaded when i first got mine and getting around 29 last 3 months or so using tesco 99 and getting around 32 i know you guys say makes no diff but mine is standard apart from k&n filter and milltek catback so make out of that what you want
