I got charged £400 by JM Imports which included the FRSU I believe, but also included the bush kit, which I presume would be a fair chunk of that. It would be worth popping them an email mate as I would only be guessing

I got the full Superpro polybush kit from Eightspeed, http://www.eightspeed.co.uk/acatalog/Bushes_and_Bush_Kits_.html, which increased the caster also. I used the Eibach Pro kit which drops 15mm at the front and 20mm at the rear, perfect for me to be honest, but theres people dropping way past...

I think the refurb kits are around £40, but I just went for a refurbed caliper as it only cost £80 once I'd returned my old ones, for the sake of £40 I couldn't be bothered with refurbing it myself :)

its not loud at all really... nice deep tone from it in low rpm, you can hear it all in the video I posted. barely notice it doing 70mph. be prepared to pay close to £1000 if you wish to import one though :)

I have this problem also, the past 3 times Ive had my alignment done the tracking has almost immediately gone off centre :( JM Imports is a local garage I use

Ive done around 6000 miles, 30-35 laps round Spa, couple laps round Nurburg, about 40 laps round Croft, and still got 2-3mm left them on..... but Ive got grooved discs and tend to brake late and hard, so im not surprised that havn't worn down quicker :)

I think the difference is the speed rating? not 100% sure though, Im sure someone else can confirm this and no, you do not need to get springs. A fast road setup is simply the geometry of your wheels (camber, toe etc). But if you were to get a FRSU, then later fit springs, you would need it...

your best off speaking to TDi North about it, theyll be able to advise on expected power etc ;)

Yes it would be best to get mapped straight away. Probably best to get it fitted just before getting it mapped, as decatting will throw up EML. OEM back box is nowhere near as loud as the Spoon N1. Youll notice an unsilenced b-pipe will make it a lot more raspy, but its not something I would...

Yeh it was Paul @ TDi North who mapped mine. Most people go for RBC manifold, apparently improves throttle response, and lets you squeeze a few extra BHP out of the top end, but thats about it I think.

I got mine mapped with just Tegiwa kit and unsilenced b-pipe and got 234bhp. Lowered vtec to 5300rpm, and raised rev limit to 8700rpm. Runs alot smoother, and get better MPGs than before the map, so I personally think its worth getting it mapped. Just depends what you want out of it. If your...

Ive got a facelift EP3, and noticed the other day that one of the plastic inserts which sits in place of the fog lights is has snapped off just wondering if anyone knows if these can be replaced, or are they part of the splitter and need to replace the whole thing? thanks
