well if it was fully synth, it shouldnt be the oil, the the only problems ive ever heard of with vtec not engaging is if its not fully synth.

Was it fully synthetic?

not much now they are worth more in parts, i paid 4500 with 12 months warranty from a scooby dealer with fsh by them its done 77k on an 02 plate prodrive pack. also has air-con, 6cd changer, heated mirrors cheap 300ish hp if you dont mind the look of them!

t-cut will probablywork if its been a spray can, wd40 might soften the paint before the t-cut and it wont damage the paint work if your van has a good laquer on it?

as stoo and loxy said i think the h22a fits not sure about matching the gearbox though

they were on my civic when i first got it not a bad tyre, side wall is a little soft when cornering hard, but overall good value for money.

not sure about the tyre wear, but the your ep3 will handle better in the twisties with camber adjusters and geo done.

do u ever push your car? i had these on a set of old alloys i used through winter and had understeer at 30 with frsu wouldn't like to think what they would be like on the rear at speed in the bends

stay away from the nankang's, unless you like brown trouser moments when you do push the car

if it has 10w 40 in just top up with that, however when you do come to change the oil put 5w 40 fully synthetic in.

every k20 is different mine hardly used any oil, however some use quite a bit, how many times have you filled up since putting the fuel additive in?

i have the itg on my ep3 its a nice piece of kit, looks good in the bay too, its not excessively loud but quite a bit louder than the standard air box.

its not going to be the prettiest honda.

could be something to do with the gear linkage if 1st 3rd and 5th are all affected sure someone else will shed some more light on it soon

like the others have said it could be something to do with the filter maybe a small crack in it ive had experince of filters cracking not on cars though, hope its an easy fix for you mate

i got 4 re040s fitted at 135 a corner in december then someone slashed them last week cvnts

i doubt you will get all the blame then mate as others have said dont admit anything make out as if it was impossible to miss the van hope your get your car back and this sorted quick

if you didnt touch the other car, and the van had already hit the car, before you hit the van (correct me if i got this wrong) you should ony be at fault for hitting the van hope it gets sorted easy mate i had a crash few years back i wasnt at fault, and it took 12 months before it was sorted...

hi mate itg maxogen is a nice induction kit if you dont want one thats too loud i recently fitted one of these to my ep3 they cost around 390 brand new and doesnt require any scuttle panel cutting so its very easy to fit
