Job done, I use the lock nut to help me, as it turn it dragging the bolt in, it works a trick, done in 20mins, only time need is line up the tap facing the engine for negative really.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Perhaps you could spray some brake cleaner around the TB to see how the engine react?

That is make me thinking something! In my set up, the throttle body fitted to the RRC intake manifold, I don't have a gasket in between them! Will this make not 100% seal when air come through? My throttle body is 70mm spoon, where can I get this if is important..

Hope you get sorted and let us know, I'm worry would this affect the dyno tune in TDI NORTH IN 29th of July, I hope I can sort this out before the tuning too..

I believe I've got the similar issues than yours. My setup is Rrc manifold 70mm ported and TB and tegiwa M intake. It wasn't like that before this set up, and it sounds when it rev. I thought I need get it tuned and see what happen. Sounds like turbo or belt noise

Take out the glove box and push out from inside, couple clips then centre unit will be out..first check the fuse no.8 if I were you first. This is audio unit fuse.. use multimeter check voltage in each couple of wire. I'll post a diagram late if there any help.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi guys, sorry for the late update.. Today, just check the front tyres threads, on the Near side tyre thread, is around 5-6mm, on the off side which is driver side is around 2mm...I would say compare the both there is 3-4mm gap worn out... would this be enough to make the car pulls to the right...

I don't know if anybody know or help me with this, my car had done the gearbox upgrade with oem lsd and 5.1 FD in Tgm, they found in the OS driveshaft, there is intermediate shaft bearings, tom told me is not suppose to be that loose reckon it's finished..but by the time couldn't find me one in...

Jump wire the fan switch to see if the fans is working properly mate, then be patient to wait a little longer mate, can't see why the thermostat giving up must be the trap air in the system because you done the coolant flushed.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Must be trapped air mate, so the fan switch not getting any temp enough to engage the fans. It happen to me when I change it, try to squeeze the hoses so you see the coolant moving up and down from the radiator cap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi guys, a quick advice is appreciated, in the last few days, I've done few things to my ep3, I took the aftermarket coilovers and put back the oem shocks with eibach spring all round, at the same time, I changed the tie rods up front because those old one were pretty worn also new drop links...

All sorted, not the head gasket..is just air lock and some lower hose leaks that was it..

The thermostat I fitted is mishimoto low temp one, but the engine will get hotter and hotter and fan should kick, I bought a other fan switch, hope this helps.. Have you hear that if you change the thermostat, the air may be trapped in the heater matrix? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
