CAR magazine voted it best hot hatch. Never really sure if to trust EVO reviews, they only gave the FocusRS 3 stars. The negative points they have made about the FN2, on most other reviews have been postive.

They gave the Focus RS only 3 stars, so if it's better than that.

Have you used the same version of Kmanager to that of the original map. Downloading map onto a different version of Kmanager and then reloading on to ECU can have some strange effects.

You shouldn't be able to see the filter i wouldn't have thought. I know you have to trim the wheel arch for the AEM, but it's a small bit of pipe you can see, the filter is well covered still. Have you any pics?

I changed mine after 40k. Very easy to do, just make sure you get a long enough extension bar.

I have Tanabe SMR, and would recommend if you want something not too loud.

There is a guy near me with RS2000 with 280bhp @ wheels and has run 13.1 secs 112 mph.

I know 471 whp @ 17 psi with standard internals. Makes 378 whp with 12.5 psi.

That's Mugen not Honda, you never know they might do a Mugen Civic with supercharger.

How soon? you could always get it done early post date a few weeks. I did mine 3 weeks early, then put DCRH on.

Mine's 950rpm hardly get any vibration.

Not sure if another b pipe fits, you might have to get a custom one. Have you thought about a race header, makes it louder with better gains.

Was done by Paul at TDi when was mapping Kpro. The graph does show it climbing right up till 8753rpm. Will get another couple of rolling roads done and compare the results.

Just noticed on my RR that my max power was at 8753rpm. But my limit is 8600rpm. Would having small size tyres affect readings?

Mine was done in 4th by Paul at TDi North. I think from what i have read before it's somewhere in the middle of 4th and 5th. So 4th will give slightly lower fly figure to 5th.

Car was in for 3rd service at Greenacre in Blackburn. They called up during the day and said front pads need replacing too. Asked how much extra it would cost and was told £35 including VAT :D Cost £190 for 3rd service and new front pads.

Just get Fast road setup. If car isn't lowered then you don't need any adjusters. Had mine done few weeks back at TDi. Really improved handling.

The 87 and 91 figures are the load ratings for the tyre. The higher the number the higher load-carrying capacity of tyres. W and V are speed rating. V=150mph W=168mph Not sure what RF and XL mean

I heard that some plastic piping works just great. If you get some of that bendy stuff fits a treat then.

I'm sure you won't be disappointed. There was a couple for sale in the classifieds just before xmas, not sure if they are still available.

Mine made 198 @ wheels with Tanabe and other mods, which is simalar to others with same setup. Paul at TDi said could get 2-3hp more with Toda that's all. Toda does look better in flesh. Tail pipe alot wider than i thought.

Now with added Hondata K-pro ECU DC Sports Race Header Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket Fast Road Set-up ES Engine Mounts Thanks to TDi North.

That would be my choice now, although it is a bit more expensive.

I have a Tanabe SMR from Tokyo express and would recommend it looks and sounds good. It is a bit quiter at cruising speed than spoon but in Vtec :twisted: Performance wise not sure how restrictive it is, i got good gains with my mods and looking on RSX forum they rate it well and don't...

I had engine mounts put on mine too the other day when i was at TDi and yeah you do get quite a bit of vibration when at standstill, but after couple of days got quite use to it. Fast Road set-up is well worth it. My car is on standard springs and has made a world of difference, turn in feels...
