Probably 3 or 4 in today's heat. The track temp would have been super high. bit of a waste tbh putting a super soft road tyre on a hot track not sure what else they expected tbh. the pads must be pretty **** then to kill those, brakes that big should be able to handle the abuse better.

I did indeed mate. That was Mark who races in the Vtec Challenge that ordered the 2 way but got sent the 3 ways, bonus!:D They are epic shocks, really well made, light weight and you can carry stupid amounts of corner speed on track with them.:D

Fuji RM01 with race header passes track day noise limits, it's a very quiet exhaust. A bung on your current setup might work but you will definately lose some power.

I would go for the SuperPro bush kit and make sure you get the one with the front control arm castor increase bushes, these make a huge difference. Don't bother with any strut braces/tie bars these are just bling and don't actually do anything. Spend the money on a proper geometry setup...

I've had Stoptech & Spoon on my EP3. Either will work fine for a supercharged car on the road, i would go Stoptech if you are thinking of going on track. As James said they work on the crx well but remember that only weighs 850kg tops, your FN2 is closer to 1300kg i would have thought.

I had the Odyssey in my track ep3. It runs down very quickly if you leave the car standing for a few weeks. It had enough juice to start when used regularly but i wouldn't recommend it for a road going car in winter.

There's only 4mm in sidewall height difference between 215/45 and oem tyres. Not really noticeable, i use 215/45 on track and they are spot on.:D

I've used the Koni kit in the past and it performed very well.:cool: The only thing is you need to butcher your front struts to fit them but for the money they are a really good option.:)

For safety reasons i would go with a dry cell battery, odyssey or Varley red top. You can also mount these on their sides for better weight distribution. http://www.odysseybatteries.com/applications/auto.htm I had the PC 680 (Odyssey 25) with a varley alluminium cage...

You might also consider the Corbeau Pro Series seats, you could get a carbon kevlar version for just a bit more than the Recaro:cool: I've used them this year on track and been really impressed with them:D

just a single width mate, they are 7 x 17 Offset is +60 or +65 so you would need 15 - 20mm spacers just to get the same offset as the ep3.

I thought it was the other way around, 13 air, 1 fuel. Could be wrong though! Basically if you are ramming through too much fuel there won't be enough air to burn it so it just goes straight out the exhaust causing high emmisions and a loss of power as the engine is being starved of air...

Yeah the J's rear one bolts onto the standard rear tow hook. The front one bolts onto the chasis in 3 places, if you could copy these you could make a killing and also make the internal hoop diameter 60mm instead of 45mm so its ready for race series.

Orange on red, if its just for show or bling just get cheapest as possible, if you want it for track get a proper branded one as the cheapo's will bend as soon as you put any pressure on them. Or just get a tow strap as they are cheap and do the same job.:cool:

Hi mate, Yeah they are a good kit, good power for the money. Depends where you are in the country but CPL Racing, Eightspeed, TDI North, TGM e.t.c all fit and supply these kits so give them a ring and they will sort you out.

It's still the best handling car i've ever driven.:cool: As you say no understeer and you can just push on with little effort. The difference between ep3 & fd2 is night and day, the RE070 tyres work really well even in the wet you could get good heat in them.:)

Blimey mate 5K! Did id do that much damage! It's bloody expensive this motorsport lark, it costs enough just to get the car ready and do the 5 rounds without having major breakdowns on top.:( If the Buddyclub car hadn't had avoided me on that oil spin that would have been me out to for sure.

The whole wheel done looks a bit OTT i agree. Rays offer the Gram Lights 57 with just the lip made to look Titanium finish and i think they look good, about the only 'Bling' wheel i would say looks good. On your black S2K they would look amazing i think!:twisted:

It was at 1120kg mate back in Feb but with the ce28's fitted and a lighter battery i should be at 1100 or just under now i reckon with half a tank of fuel in it. I could hit 1050kg i reckon with carbon doors and lexan front windows but that won't be until next year i reckon now.

UK EP3 is 1204kg dry weight no fluids in it.

35mm is pretty low. I would say you are on the verge of needing them. TGM sell inverted tie rod ends, i think they make their own as the T1R tie rods are apparently not that good quality wise.

It just lets a bit of air in, you get a plate that is supposed to channel the air into it. The scuttle panel fitment was shocking though on the fd2, it would put me off buying another. J's or M&M Honda would be my choice.:cool: [/IMG]

Yeah mate just has 1 clip in the middle i think, like a big square that pushes in and secures it. Just lever off the old one and you will see where it clips in, line the new one up and push down. Job done.:)
