Purely a guess but I would say yes you can however because its an AUX input you would still need to control the action on the screen from the iPhone itself and not the controls on the steering wheel.

You may be lucky then and it'll have an AUX at the very least.

I believe from an earlier thread its a 04 Vectra Diesel. If it is an 04 Vectra there will be no Aux input so a new headunit will be needed.

Only with a dedicated USB connection which will also charge the iPhone. Aux only will have no display.

On most modern cars you have either an AUX socket, USB socket or both. With an Aux socket you still need to control the iPod yourself. In my Volvo with USB I can control the whole thing from the steering wheel controls, shuffle, select playlists etc.

You've already highlighted the major difference which is insurance. The only other implication is if you were to try and part exchange it later on down the line. The motor trade dislike imports but most people tend to sell on privately anyway.

You could probably get the same if not more power for the EP3 by modding it than sticking the S2000 lump in although I believe as others have said on here the transplant itself is nigh on impossible.

Easy solution there mate - when its wet apply less pressure on the loud pedal ;) :D

The vast majority of the braking is done by the front brakes so I wouldn't be concerned to be honest. When I had my CTR my front disks and pads were changed at 18k but when I got rid of the car at about 25k, the rears had loads of life left in them. :)

Prices on the EP3 have taken a bit of a kicking over the last 12 months since the FN came out. Even taking that into consideration, £11k does seem a touch low for a low mileage 06 Premier. The gentleman has neglected to add one thing to his advert tho (oh the joys of having HPi access :D )...

Just stay away from it. Its all well and good saying that it'll cost this or that to repair but at the end of the day you've still got to try and sell it when you're done with it. Not worth it IMO.

My first service when I had my CTR was £120.00 at Fish Brothers in Swindon. :D

When I had my CTR I was filling up every other day at £40.00 a pop back then so about £600 a month for me. A lot of that was claimed back on expenses (about £500 on expenses - £100 personal use). :D Now I spend £45 a month on diesel. :D

Given that Glasses trade value of a 99T Teg with 77k miles is just under £4k then just over £5k trade against a new one seems to me a good shout. The Tegs are weird ones to try and value though. You could get around £6 - £6.5k in a private sale without too much hassle. As for the comment...

It will look that way due to how much it costs but relatively speaking it won't. About the same as the EP3 lost when it was new. Thoughts of the EP3 being a "future classic" are someway off the mark. EK9 yes. DC2 yes. EP3, never.

£9k tops. It has no Air con and about 15k over average mileage. Full Honda service history helps but is to be expected as the car is 3 1/2 years old give or take.
